Gemma, a full-time health care assistant in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), balances her demanding career with her role as a mother of two. Her job is all about compassionate care, and she brings that same care and attention to detail in everything we do at GiftsUnseen. From curating our collection of unique gifts to ensuring every order is treated with care, Gemma’s heart is in every product we offer.

Kyle’s story began at 18 when he became a dad and started working in a warehouse. Over time, his career progressed, and he became Head of Operations at a doormat company. Kyle’s passion for business operations and problem-solving plays a huge role in the behind-the-scenes success of GiftsUnseen. With his expertise in business management and logistics, he ensures that every customer has a seamless shopping experience.
