About Us

WELCOME TO OUR WORLD

Hello, We're Gifts Unseen!

A family-run British business with a passion for creating personalised gifts that make people smile.

Behind every Gifts Unseen order is a team of real people who genuinely care about what we create.

What started as an idea to make gifts feel more personal, meaningful and special has grown into a business built around family, creativity, technology and plenty of hard work.

From personalised doormats and mugs to slate coasters, aprons, oven mitts, keyrings and much more, we love transforming everyday products into something uniquely yours.

"Where Every Gift Tells a Story."
THE GIFTS UNSEEN DIFFERENCE

Small Business. Big Passion.

We might be a small team, but we put a huge amount of care into everything we do.

❤️

Made With Care

Every personalised order receives the attention and care it deserves.

🎁

Uniquely Yours

Meaningful gifts personalised with the names, words and details that matter.

🇬🇧

Personalised in Britain

We personalise products in-house at our family business in Lincolnshire.

MORE THAN JUST A GIFT

It's the Little Things That Mean the Most.

We believe the best gifts aren't necessarily the biggest or most expensive. They're the ones that mean something.

A name on a doormat welcoming someone home. A favourite saying on a mug. A personalised apron for someone who loves baking. A keyring carrying the name of someone special. A coaster celebrating a new home.

Those small details can turn an ordinary product into a treasured memory.

And that's exactly why we do what we do.

THE FACES BEHIND THE GIFTS

His responsibilities include security, cuddles, stress relief and supervising snacks.

Employee of the month. Every month. We're still working on the paperwork!
OUR FAMILY, OUR PASSION

Built Around Family.

Gifts Unseen isn't just a business. It's something we've built together.

Everyone brings something different to the table — operations, technology, finance, creativity, social media and of course Bailey's highly questionable security skills.

Being a small team means we're involved in the little details. We see the gifts being made, the orders going out and the lovely messages that come back from our customers.

And knowing that something we've created has made somebody smile?

That's the part we love most.

EVERY OCCASION DESERVES SOMETHING SPECIAL

Made Personal. Made With Care.

Whatever you're celebrating, we're here to help make it that little bit more special.
