What started with an idea to make personalised gifts that feel more personal, more meaningful and a little more specialhas grown into a business built around family, creativity, technology and plenty of hard work.
We're GiftsUnseen — and we're proud to be a family-driven business creating personalised gifts for life's special moments.

Meet the Team
Behind GiftsUnseen is a small team with very different skills — but one shared goal: to create products we're proud to send to our customers.
💻 Kyle — Owner, Co-Founder & Tech Guru
Kyle is the driving force behind the business, bringing years of experience in operations, logistics and technology.
Having worked his way from warehouse operations to Head of Operations, Kyle understands what it takes to keep a business moving.
Today, he's responsible for much of the technology, systems and operational side of GiftsUnseen — constantly looking for better ways to improve the business and customer experience.
If there's a problem that needs solving, Kyle will probably already be working on it.
❤️ Gemma — Co-Founder, Finance & Personalised Gift Maker
Gemma is at the heart of the creative and financial side of GiftsUnseen.
As Co-Founder, she helps manage the finances while also creating and preparing many of the personalised products that leave our business.
But GiftsUnseen isn't Gemma's only passion.
Alongside the business, she works for the NHS as a Healthcare Assistant in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), helping care for premature babies.
That same patience, compassion and attention to detail comes into everything she does at GiftsUnseen.
She's the person making sure both our customers and our numbers are looked after.
📱 Amber-Louise — Social Media & Social Selling Manager
Amber-Louise is the creative voice of GiftsUnseen online.
From social media content and product showcases to connecting with customers and helping turn inspiration into orders, she helps bring our brand to life across social platforms.
She's always looking for the next idea, trend or creative way to showcase what we do.
If you've spotted GiftsUnseen while scrolling through your feed, there's a good chance Amber-Louise had something to do with it.
🐾 Bailey — Head of Security & Office Buddy
And then there's Bailey.
Bailey is our four-legged security guard, morale officer and official office buddy.
Keeping a watchful eye over the team, providing plenty of cuddles and helping us through the long days, Bailey has become an important part of the GiftsUnseen family.
Bailey's official responsibilities include:
Security. Cuddles. Stress relief. Supervising lunch.
We're still working on the paperwork.
