Gemma helps manage the financial side of GiftsUnseen, keeping track of the numbers and helping make sure the business continues moving in the right direction.

It's not always the most glamorous part of running a business — but it's one of the most important!

Away from GiftsUnseen, Gemma has another incredibly important role.

She works for the NHS as a Healthcare Assistant within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), helping care for premature babies.

It's a role that requires patience, compassion, dedication and an enormous amount of care.

Those same qualities are something we see in Gemma every day at GiftsUnseen.

On the other, there's the responsibility and compassion involved in caring for some of the smallest and most vulnerable patients.
